IPWS wrapped up the IWD month with a full house Saturday afternoon workshop led by Anna Chitty and Marie Chavanon.

Anna introduced key frameworks including the three pillars of presence—gravitas, authority, and grounded power, along with the R.E.S.E.T. formula to manage pressure: root your feet, exhale, still your body, maintain eye contact, and take your space. The session also explored how clear, concise language and intentional pauses can strengthen credibility and influence.

Drawing from her extensive theatre experience, Marie demonstrated how voice modulation, posture, and simple physical cues can elevate executive presence. Participants then took part in role plays and live stage exercises, applying the techniques in real time.

Videos of participants presenting before and after the session were shared to highlight the progress made during the workshop and how quickly these techniques can improve confidence and delivery.

The session was highly interactive and engaging, and we received wonderful feedback from participants who appreciated the practical format and opportunity to practice on stage.
