As part of IPWS’s ongoing 4-part IWD series, we recently came together for the third session focused on Women’s Health, a topic that is deeply personal and relevant to many of us.
Led by Dr Agnieszka Bielewicz, the session explored practical, everyday health concerns that women experience across different life stages, particularly around menopause, sleep, mental wellbeing and long-term health awareness.
Dr Agnieszka specializes in women’s health, the menopausal transition, chronic disease management such as diabetes and hypertension, as well as lifestyle medicine. She is widely known and respected in the community for her practical, compassionate approach to care.
During the session, she helped simplify complex medical insights into relatable conversations, reminding us that symptoms such as fatigue, sleep disruption, mood changes and cognitive shifts are often interconnected and deserve attention and understanding.
The discussion also highlighted the importance of early awareness, open communication with healthcare professionals, and building strong daily habits around sleep, movement, nutrition and self-care as foundations for sustained wellbeing.
What made the session especially meaningful was the honest sharing among participants. Many reflected on how women often begin seeking information only after symptoms start, reinforcing the need for supportive communities and proactive conversations around health.
As IPWS continues this Inspire series, sessions like these remind us that women’s health is closely linked to confidence, career growth, relationships and overall quality of life. We thank Dr Agnieszka for bringing clarity, warmth and practical guidance to our community, and we look forward to the final session of the series.
We would also like to thank JunHe LLP for hosting us and Le Salon for sponsoring the lucky draw prize.
