The IPWS community came together for a unique experiential session led by Michele Aboro and Masca Yuen, combining practical boxing techniques with focused breathing practices. The workshop offered a refreshing way to explore personal endurance, sharpen concentration, and discover simple methods to restore balance in fast paced daily routines.

More than just a workout, the session became a shared experience of encouragement and self discovery. Participants supported each other while stepping out of their comfort zones, showing the strength of learning and growing together within the IPWS community.

Michele’s remarkable path as a multiple time world boxing champion and globally recognised coach brought powerful perspective to the experience. Her dedication to mentoring and uplifting others through sport continues to motivate communities around the world and reflects the spirit of growth and possibility that IPWS strives to cultivate.
