A full house at our recent IPWS Breakfast Conversations.

We had the pleasure of hearing from Barbara Freiman, who shared her journey of building a brand from the ground up and her approach to creativity along the way.

Barbara spoke about building with strong values and staying focused on quality. She also shared how she navigated the local market and digital space. It gave a clear sense of what goes into growing a business.

The conversation moved into team culture and storytelling. We touched on how small decisions add up over time. It became an open discussion, with people sharing their own experiences.
