The IPWS Pause & Reset is a half-day experience designed to help you slow down, move gently, and reconnect with yourself. This half-day experience gives women time to reconnect with themselves through feminine dance, nutrition insights, yoga, TCM wellness, women’s health guidance, curated food, and healthy beverages. The goal is to leave feeling lighter, more aware of your body, and better supported in your everyday wellbeing.

What to wear:

Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for light movement and yoga. Yoga mats will be provided.
