The WLA is an award in China given to women who are leaders in their field. It has been around for a long time and was the only award like it for a while. These women have made a big difference in our community and have shown a way for others to follow. The award is for men too since 2016. Anyone from anywhere and any job in Shanghai can get it.
Nominations WILL OPEN SOON, and you can nominate yourself or someone else you know who is a professional.
Selection Process
The WLA finalists and awards winners are selected through a comprehensive review process, led by a fully independent jury consisting of 6 jury members. Every year, jury members are selected from a broad cross-section of industries and positions to ensure a well-rounded representation of professionals in the judging panel.
