Eloise Zhang is the Project and Industry Relationship Manager at the British Chamber of Commerce Shanghai (BritCham Shanghai). In this role, she oversees 12 sector committees spanning Creative Industries & Marketing, Financial Services, Technology & Innovation, Hospitality, Women in Business, People & Culture, and more.
Over the past few years, Eloise has curated and delivered more than 200 industry-focused initiatives — from high-level roundtables and global dialogues to flagship events such as the ESG China Awards and British Business Awards, etc. She also plays a key role in strengthening UK–China government and business engagement, contributing to policy analysis, advocacy, and strategic dialogues that help members navigate evolving market and regulatory environments.
With a deep passion for international collaboration and cross-sector partnerships, Eloise works closely with business leaders, government representatives, and community stakeholders to foster innovation, inclusion, and sustainable growth within the UK–China business ecosystem.
Eloise holds a Master’s degree in Business Information and Logistics Management from the University of Western Australia. She began her career with an Australian agri-tech company before moving into digital CRM solutions for a global FMCG brand in Shanghai. Beyond her professional work, she actively contributes to Mentor Walks Shanghai, supporting women’s career development and leadership journeys.
Hanghui Kang
Key account manager, APAC
Kang Kang is a rising leader who has transformed her journey from a small-city upbringing in China into a decade-long commitment to women’s empowerment, leadership and equity.
She began with the World of Academy for the Future of Women, dedicating thousands of volunteer hours to gender equality and social justice. She also founded and led Women in Nielsen (WIN) CHINA, Asia’s first WIN chapter, directly impacting over 1500 women through 30+ events.
Today, as a Key Account Manager at Google, Kang blends business strategy with social impact. She is a certified #IamRemarkable Train-the-Trainer, where she trained 140+ facilitators and hosted 30+ workshops. Through these sessions, she empowers women and underrepresented groups to speak confidently about their achievements, challenging workplace biases and amplifying diverse voices.
Her leadership extends globally as a Curator of the World Economic Forum Global Shapers Shanghai International Hub, where she spearheaded projects on gender equality, mental health and sustainability, impacting 500+ of participants across China.
She also coaches 50+ new graduates, mentors women in professional growth, and designs ‘Inner Power’ workshops to help individuals build resilience and self-belief.
Kang’s vision is clear: to use her platform at Google and beyond to create spaces where women thrive, communities flourish, and equity is not just a principle but a lived reality.
