The theme for this year is

Together, We Grow.

It speaks to women who are building something of their own, stepping into new roles, learning through change, and supporting others along the way.

For some, it may mean building a small business with limited resources. For others, it may mean taking the first steps into leadership, finding their voice at work, starting something new, or continuing even when the journey feels uncertain.

Growth does not always come with a senior title. It can be seen in the courage to begin, the effort to keep going, and the choice to help others along the way.

Together, We Grow also reflects the spirit of IPWS as a community. When women share their stories, support each other, and open doors for one another, more women feel ready to step forward.

As we enter the 19th year of WLA, we invite you to join us in celebrating women who grow through their journey and help others grow along the way.
