#InspireTogether: IPWS International Women’s Day 2026 Event Series

This March, in celebration of International Women’s Day, IPWS presents a four-part event series under the theme #InspireTogether, aligned with the UN International Women’s Day 2026 theme “Give To Gain.” We are honoured to have past IPWS Women Leadership Award winners host each session through expert-led workshops and shared insights, offering practical guidance on health, fitness, and personal and professional growth for women.

Women’s Health: Practical, Personal, Everyday focuses on the real health challenges women experience in daily life, across different stages and responsibilities. The talk explores how factors such as energy levels, sleep, mood, stress, and physical wellbeing influence women’s performance at work and quality of life at home, often without clear explanations or timely support. It highlights the importance of understanding body signals rather than normalising persistent symptoms. The session offers practical guidance on when to seek medical advice, how to ask the right questions, and which everyday habits genuinely support long-term health. Above all, it encourages open, informed conversations about women’s health as a normal and essential part of life.

Key Takeaways:

▪ Persistent fatigue is a signal, not a weakness – ongoing tiredness or poor sleep should be observed and understood, not automatically dismissed as stress.

▪ Regular self check-ins support long-term health – paying attention to sleep quality, energy levels, and daily habits helps identify what the body actually needs.

▪ Foundational habits matter most – consistent sleep, everyday movement, and balanced meals have a cumulative impact on energy and well-being.

▪ Supplements should be intentional, not habitual – they are most effective when used to address a specific need rather than as a blanket solution.

▪ Small changes drive sustainable results – realistic, incremental adjustments are more likely to stick and create lasting improvement over time.

This event is suited for women of all ages seeking to better understand their energy, sleep, and overall well-being.
