It is fully appropriate and highly encouraged.
You know your accomplishments better than anyone.
You are the best person to tell your story.
By nominating yourself, you ensure that your submission meets all the criteria and that the Jury has the most accurate, up-to-date information about you.

WLA 2025 Nomination Process

To submit a nomination, you will need:

1.Professional photo

2.Essay (your story): Introduce yourself, your company and position, and explain why you should be selected for this award. Share your journey, challenges, actions, and results. The Jury does not know you, this is your chance to tell your story.

3.(Optional) Nomination video to highlight your achievements and impact.

The Women Leadership Awards 2025, themed “Inspiring Courage,” celebrate women professionals and men who support women. Stepping forward to share your story is an act of courage in itself, and one that can inspire others to follow.
