Meet the Facilitators

 

Beatrice Cecchi

Yoga Instructor

 

Originally from Italy, has been living in China since 2015; working in the automotive industry while yoga has become her true passion and she tries to spread it as much as she can teaching that yoga is and can be for everyone.

 

Teaching for her, is sharing the importance of well-being and loving yourself.  Her gentle flow yoga classes are well balanced with meditation, pranayama – breathing exercises – and asana – physical practice – to take care of our bodies, minds and souls. The class is open to any level as Beatrice ‘s mission is to guide everyone through a self love practice that can only bring an added value to your well-being.

 

For Beatrice as an instructor, the importance and desire of creating a community and support system is about both our inner and outer worlds. Because while challenging things, bad relationships, difficult times in this world can always happen, it’s important to keep nurturing your inner happy place through both your physical and mental health.

 

Dott. Sara Fenili

 

Originally from Italy, Sara is a highly qualified Clinical Nutritionist and Clinical Psychologist, currently working at The Clinic. Her integrated approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and The Center for Mindful Eating (TCME) practices. She is also an Advanced Mindfulness Professional (AMPT) and a proud member of TCME.

 

Dr Eileen Zhu

Dual-licensed TCM Physician (China & U.S.)

 

Specializing in facial rejuvenation acupuncture & women’s health. Eileen loves supporting women to look, feel & function at their best in every stage of life through the wisdom of Chinese medicine.

Passionate about holistic well-being, I blend mindful movement, somatic practices, and curiosity-driven exploration. With experience leading mindfulness-based group sessions, alternative education programs, and cultural-tourism initiatives, I love fostering connection—whether through the body, creativity, or shared experiences.

 

Karlene Rowland

Director of Counseling

 

Karlene’s approach to supporting clients in her clinical practice focuses upon the bio-psycho-social needs of each individual, using an integrative approach blending interventions and therapies from Emotional Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic Approaches to treat a variety of mental health problems and disorders. Karlene has extensive experience in designing and delivering workshops and corporate training sessions on an array of topics related to workplace mental health, workshop facilitation skills, conflict resolution and negotiation as well as overall employee and workplace wellbeing.
