The 2025–26 IPWS Season opened with a warm and inspiring evening led by Marion Campan. Through small group discussions and reflection, Marion encouraged everyone to Marion guided us to reflect on how our mindset shapes the way we experience both success and failure.

The session was deeply interactive, helping participants connect with new people, share personal stories, and think about what supports or limits their growth.

It was also a special evening for our Season Kickoff. We announced the new IPWS Board, thanked the outgoing team for their contributions, revisited memorable moments from the past year.
