On Sunday, June 22, IPWS hosted its annual Wellness Day — a heartfelt day of grounding, growth, and genuine connection.
Held in a peaceful space of with amazing bund view, the event brought together an inspiring mix of souls — all coming together to slow down, reflect, and care for themselves and each other.

Journaling & Yoga: Opening from Within
The morning began with a gentle journaling session led by Beatrice, inviting participants to set a personal intention and listen inward. With prompts like “Today, I give myself permission to…”, we opened the door to authenticity and presence.
We then moved into a grounding yoga practice, blending breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement. The session reminded us of how the body can be a source of stability in moments of uncertainty — and that stillness is an act of strength.

Nutrition with Sara: Caring from the Inside Out
Sara’s session on nutrition offered a wealth of insights on nutrition myths. Participants learned how to approach nutrition in more informed way — not as a set of restrictions, but as an empowering tool for self-care. As Sara highlited ““health is the new wealth: nutrition is only one piece of the puzzle”.

Traditional Chinese Medicine Talk: Listening to the Body
The TCM talk brought us back to ancient wisdom. Focusing on the importance QI. this session reminded us that our organs are not just biological — but emotional and energetic centers that need attention, rhythm, and rest.

Movement with Bora: Joy in Motion
With Bora, we were invited to reconnect with our bodies through intuitive movement. We let our bodies vibrate, we smiled, we yawned and were encouraged to take the lightness , playfulness and a bit of craziness into our daily lives.

DBT & Stress Tools with Karli: Mental Health in Real Life
Karli’s workshop took us into the world of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and stress management tools. She introduced practical techniques to stay centered during emotionally difficult moments — techniques we can train and keep in our toolbox to build resilience, calm, and self-awareness.

A Safe Space for Growth
Throughout the day, something special unfolded:
A safe space.
A space where people could share with vulnerability and learn — without judgment.
The feedback we received was deeply moving. Many participants shared that they felt “seen,” “lighter,” and “reconnected to themselves.”

Gratitude & What Comes Next
We are deeply grateful to all the facilitators and participants who made this Wellness Day so meaningful. Your energy, honesty, and presence made it unforgettable.
A special thank you to our Venue Partner, AIA, and our F&B Partners, Miss Green and InstaShake, for their generous support.

This event was a reminder of what IPWS stands for:
A community that empowers women to lead, to connect, and to grow — personally and professionally.
Stay tuned for more upcoming IPWS events.
Until then, keep breathing, moving, and caring — for yourself and those around you.
With gratitude,
The IPWS Team
