Ashley Chen
Senior Strategic Project Manager
Ashley Chen is a senior strategic leader with over 13 years of cross-sector experience spanning luxury conglomerate strategy, APAC brand marketing, entertainment marketing, and luxury PR. Her diverse career includes senior marketing leadership roles at Abercrombie & Fitch APAC, Lane Crawford Joyce Group’s luxury e-commerce platform MyMM, Wanda Entertainment, and Michael Kors China, where she consistently drove user growth, brand awareness, and e-commerce GMV through integrated marketing and strategic alliances.
Currently, she designs and delivers core strategic roadmaps and leads landmark group initiatives as a Luxury Industry executive in Greater China, while also co-chairing the Women in Luxury network to empower female professionals. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Global Business from Oxford Saïd Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ivey Business School.
