Maggie Chan is the Managing Director of Edrington China, known for its prestigious whisky brands. With over 30 years of experience in FMCG, Retail, and Spirit industries, Maggie has held key leadership roles in multinational companies across the US, Hong Kong, and Mainland of China. Maggie is also a board member of Wagas Group.

 

Previously, Maggie was the Managing Director of Sephora Greater China, where she led the expansion to 340+ stores in 101 cities. Her leadership earned her recognition as the “Most Influential Future Business Woman” by Fortune China in 2022.

 

Outside of work, Maggie is dedicated to community and women empowerment. She co-founded the Asia Elite Mothers Association (AEMA) and serves as the Vice Chairman of the Shanghai QingPu OFA Hong Kong-Macau Association.

Jessica Gleeson is the CEO of BrighterBeauty and founder of Experiential Retail, with over 20 years of leadership experience at Starbucks, Disney, and Claire’s Accessories. She significantly contributed to the growth of these brands in China and globally. Jessica also served as International COO for Zambrero and Pacific Springboard, and she currently advises Atiom, GloCoach, and Cindy Reid Global Golf. 

 

As an International Experience Ambassador for Shanghai, she helps organizations better engage with Chinese businesses and consumers and shares insights on China’s retail landscape with major news outlets.

Oxana Monge

GM Sanofi China General Medicines

 

Oxana Monge is a global pharmaceutical leader with over 20 years of experience driving innovation and growth across Europe, China, and Eurasia. Currently General Manager of Sanofi China’s General Medicines division, she oversees a €2 billion business and a team of 3,500. 

 

Oxana is known for her transformational leadership, having led global strategies in diabetes, cardiovascular, and transplant therapies, and previously served as Managing Director for Sanofi Eurasia. Her hallmark is navigating complex change with authenticity, strategic clarity, and a deeply people-centered approach. 

 

Oxana champions diverse, empowered teams and brings energy and vision to every role. She holds an MBA from Cranfield and has been a key voice in industry leadership, including chairing EFPIA Russia.
