Miriam Dabrowa
Founder of Digital Hotpot
Starting her China journey at Tsinghua University in 2013, Miriam began her marketing career soon after, leading to over a decade of experience in Chinese digital strategy. She has helped foreign brands across B2B, luxury, and consumer sectors navigate WeChat and thrive in China’s competitive landscape.
Miriam has consulted or led workshops for companies including L’Oréal, BNP Paribas, Singapore Post, Salvatore Ferragamo, and GIC, and has delivered talks for the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, Huawei, and G.W.E.N.
In 2020, she founded WeChat Girls, a grassroots community supporting female entrepreneurs in China. At the end of last year, she left the agency world and launched Digital Hotpot— a training platform and consultancy making Chinese social media more accessible for foreign entrepreneurs and SMEs.
Her work bridges strategy and execution, from account registration to content growth tactics empowering business owners to use WeChat with confidence, even without a full marketing team.
