CEO of BrighterBeauty and founder of Experiential Retail, Jessica is an experienced international executive with a passion for helping purpose driven brands scale with integrity. She is a 20-year veteran of Starbucks, where she held a variety of leadership roles as the company grew from 50 stores in the US to 55 countries globally, including being an early member of the International Team.

Driven by her fascination with the rapidly changing retail landscape, Jessica relocated to China and helped grow three iconic brands – Starbucks, The Walt Disney Company and Claire’s Accessories. She served as International COO for Zambero. She currently serves on the Board of The Planting Hope Company and as an advisor to Flave, Atiom and GloCoach.

Based on her extensive experience in China, Jessica is a sought after throught leader and panelist on topics including The Future of Retail, China’s Retail & Restaurant Environments, Entreprenuership, Women in Leadership, Servant Leadership and Branding. She has appeared in many news segement including Bloomberg’s Asia Trade.

Jessica is committed to helping organizations understand how to better engage with Chinese businesses and consumers globally. She serves an International Experience Officer for Shanghai. Recently recognized by IPWS with their Lifetime Achievement Award. Jessica works actively to advocate for placing women on executive boards and to increase access to funding for female founders, because the data shows it is just good business.
