Sue has over 6 years senior level executive search experience, with specific experience in Accounting & Finance especially in senior roles such as CFO, Finance Director, Financial Controller and other functional head roles for APAC, Asia and China. Sue has working experience in both USA and China and holds an MBA from Pace University.

 

 

Elena Andolin Müller – Executive Master Coach, Design Thinking Coach, Innovation Leadership Trainer 

Elena is a certified executive coach (ICC & ICF-ACC), design thinking coach (HPI) and innovation leadership trainer by heart. As a German, happy and grateful to work in China, she followed her life vision and became an entrepreneur with Mulan Leadership 5.0 and Coach Hauz.

Prior to her career as an entrepreneur and coach, she was successfully heading the Corporate Strategy Department of German Automotive Supplier with 5 cross-cultural teams for almost one decade. Within this role, she gained the insight ‘building trust based on Confucian values’ being the most crucial factor to successfully and sustainably leading a high-performance teams in Asia. Elena is using super-learning and an innovation based coaching approach to lead D-level and C-Level to self-awareness, co-creating mind-set as well as user-centeredness innovation company culture.

As community work builds an important part of her life mission, she serves as the board member of The Shanghai Coaching Circle, a non-profit organization in China, promoting excellence and self-reflections in coaching practice in the local and global coaching market, recently awarded by the ICF Shanghai Chapter.

 

Beata Dziedzic – Assoc. CIPD, Cross-border Certified Career Coach & Social Recruiting Trainer 

Beata is a social recruiting trainer and cross-border career coach, who loves exploring new cultures. While living and working in China, she discovered her calling for coaching – she combined that with her international recruitment expertise. Both of these skill sets enable her to advise expats how to create careers they love and build strong online brands.

Throughout her career, she has designed various types of training that have served over 450 people from 40 countries, including European & African states, Canada, U.S., India, China, South Korea and Japan. She has delivered training and coaching to 350 participants ranging from IT graduates to middle and senior management including the CFO and CEO roles.

Beata’s passion has always been helping people and organizations reach their full potential, implement changes, and successfully embrace challenges in a multicultural world.

While working in London, she assisted companies like Siemens, Barclays Bank, Capgemini, Infosys, Volvo to acquire niche talent and improve their staffing strategies. In 2011 she moved to Beijing as an L&D and intercultural consultant. Beata delivered training to individuals, start-ups, MNCs and NGOs including Networkers, Mars, Daimler, GSK, CNOOC and the SACE Foundation. In 2014 she relocated to Prague, where she co-founded Coachify – a training company providing its clients a unique blend of cross-border career coaching and social media training. Following her dreams, she moved back to China and lives in Shanghai.
