IPWS is excited to invite you this opportunity & delighted to partner with Insightful Learning Journeys, founded as a result of Khatiza Van Savage’s keen interest in understanding and appreciating the value of Bhutan’s unique development philosophy, Gross National Happiness and approach. It is a Mindful Happiness canvas which can lead to developing Mindful Values and Practices for leaders and teams while supporting the Mindful organization brand.

Combine an inner journey of deep personal inquiry, personal intents and strengthened leadership, with an outer journey of immersion in the sights and sounds of beautiful Bhutan.

IPWS in collaboration with Khatiza Van Savage of Insightful Learning Journeys welcome you to join our Mindful Leadership Journey to Bhutan in the Spring of 2016. The journey will take place from April 30th to May 6th, 2017, with registration for the experience to be confirmed by February 20th, 2017.

Entrepreneurs and executives across the globe believe mindfulness helps facilitate change, innovation and increased productivity. Realizing that a quiet mind more easily recognizes unexpected business opportunities and is apt to react more astutely, they are using Mindfulness actively and embedding it in leadership development practices.

Our journey has been designed for women who want to develop a Mindfulness understanding and practice as a way to strengthen their leadership in three key areas:

Individual – increase self leadership for personal and professional development
Organization – bring back ways to increase mindfulness in a professional environment
Community – create a ripple effect in the community through giving back

Learning takes place in Bhutan, the ancient Himalayan Kingdom with a unique development philosophy – Gross National Happiness, which seeks to foster economic development, guided by a structured approach to collective human development.
